Michael speaks on racisim and change
Michael Jackson wasn't just a great singer, writer,producer and dancer... he was an advocate of change in the music biz AND he was pro-black. Michael recognized the need to speak out against the racist record labels taking advantage of the artists(mainly black ones),the media the history books lies, and lack of black faces.MJ knew the importance of the truth about our history our music and our heritage. Michael identified the devil, and was trying to bring change and respect back to those who deserve it.He spoke on how he was treated after breaking The Beatles, and Elvis' record sales and in the end he knew, "They don't really care about us".R.I.P. Music mogul Quincy Jones, who worked with Michael Jackson on numerous music and film projects issued the following statement about the passing of the King of Pop:
"I am absolutely devastated at this tragic and unexpected news. For Michael to be taken away from us so suddenly at such a young age, I just don't have the words. Divinity brought our souls together on 'The Wiz' and allowed us to do what we were able to throughout the '80s. To this day, the music we created together on Off The Wall, Thriller and Bad is played in every corner of the world and the reason for that is because he had it all…talent, grace, professionalism and dedication. He was the consummate entertainer and his contributions and legacy will be felt upon the world forever. I've lost my little brother today, and part of my soul has gone with him."
Michael Jackson was pronounced dead Thursday afternoon at the UCLA Medical Center.

If you live in Las Vegas, you already know rappers are a dime a dozen and theres a beat maker on every block with the "best studio in Vegas". Everyone has equipment..computers, turntables,mics (check) but not everyone spends time(and money)learning and improving on their craft.If you're a rapper or singer and you've recorded in some these studios you know what I'm talking about,when I say.. Pro Tools does not make a pro-ducer.On the other hand there are ALLOT of talented people here who love to record, but for some reason or another... don't want to put the songs out.(this poses a large problem for the artist trying to be heard).
